Useless Stuff is an independent creator brand by Creatoroom, making small-batch 3D-printed fidget toys, keychains, and other delightfully unnecessary objects in Indonesia.

Everything is 3D-printed in small batches. Minor variations in color, texture, and print lines are part of the charm, not defects. Colors may differ slightly from photos depending on filament stock availability.

All prices are listed and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), tax included. Payment is made in full before your order ships — we confirm the total (including shipping) and share payment details after you place your order.

In-stock items ship within 1-2 working days. Pre-order items are printed for you and ship in around 5-7 working days. Shipping times depend on your courier and location.

As our items are made in small batches, they are not eligible for return or exchange except when an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered.

• Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, with photos (or an unboxing video) of the item and packaging.
• For a confirmed damaged or incorrect item we will, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund of the item price.
• Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of confirmation.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the error is ours.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, contact number, email, shipping address). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping couriers and payment processing).
